Hello I need help refilling the ploy in my blu carts. I have watched and read just about every thing I just can not seem to get how much fill to put in. When I try to do it my Blu seems to pull hard and I get little or no vpor. Am I using to much fill? If anyone can tell me about how big the fill should be and any other info I sure would appreciate it.
