I have 2 kayfun 4 clones that I purchased from a a shop on eBay. I do not know who made these kayfun 4 models though. Other than the following issue, the quality is excellent. The problem I am having with both of them is that the o-ring (#36) inside the Top Nut (#38) does not fit tight into the groove so when you screw the Top Nut down after refilling, the top of the chimney will catch on the o-ring and cut it. I don't know if the groove inside the Top Nut is too big or the o-rings aren't the right size. This will cause some of the leaking issues I have read about. I ordered a replacement top nut and some o-rings from EVCigarettes to try out which are made by EHpro. Have you heard of this issue before?

Does your o-ring fit snuggly into the slot of the top nut? Mine is REAL loose like it's the wrong sized o-ring for the job. I can push it right out with a small screwdriver. I feel it should fit snugly enough that it would have to be picked out. The only o-ring in the replacement parts kit that is just a hair larger is too large.

Got the replacement top nut and o-rings in today. The o-ring inside the top nut was the culprit. The original was undersized. Put the new o-ring in my original top nut and the nut goes down into the the lower part of the topcap perfectly without the top of the chimney cutting the o-ring. If any of you need replacement parts for your Kayfun 4, you can go to EVCigarettes and order your part right from the parts diagram. It took 2 days for them to get me my order from Jacksonville, Fla. to SC.
