Thanks for reading :[ so I uh bought some 801s as I mentioned earlier in a post... I have a big problem though... I can't seem to get it to fire on my Silver Bullet... I can't get my LR 2.0ohm Full sized 801 with the adapter from Ikenvape to work... I don't really have my Riva anymore otherwise I'd use that but I gave it away to a friend who I'm trying to get into vaping. -_- I only have one other PV and that is a Precise 10440... And oddly enough I can't get it to fire on that either...

Heres the weird part though, I sorta did get it to fire... for a short time but with my old adapter I ordered from Gotvapes a long time ago for 510 to 808s.. But it won't screw down so its like I'm holding/balancing a loose atomizer still on the adapter while I try to fire it ends up not being a very stable connection and is hardly worth the effort...

Is it just my attys or? Has anyone gotten the full sized 2.0ohm 801s or the 3.5ohm HV Mini stealth cannon 801 to work on a Silver Bullet? :[

Thanks for reading. -_-

Thanks for the reply Switcher, but dude the problem was not the adapter! The problem was that extra few mms at the base of the 801 attys it was preventing my 801 atty from screwing all the way down on my Silver Bullet. So I hammered out and now I can use my 801s on my Silver Bullet :]

The silver bullet is a native 510 connection. With the proper adapter you should not have to hammer nothing out to make it fit, whether it be IKV 801s or any othe 801. Just sayin... :)

I guess you think I'm making this crap up? Dude I'm telling you... the Full sized 801s and the Mini cannon 801s the threads are way up in there as you may know... So I got the stealth adapter that was recommended - Which yes, I'm saying it works! What you're missing is that I am saying that the body the 801 atomizers won't fit all the way down on the Silver Bullet because of the body of the 801s extends a little further past the threads thus it can't make a connection unless its snug. So I took some plyers and bent the metal away so the threads could make it with the adapter fully on my Silver Bullet Sorry if I was confusing you in the way I was typing or if I still am.

Cool your jets DUDE! All I am saying is that the adapter does not fit the atomiser. <---- Period now address that issue. FULL STOP. Until you have, all you are doing is flapping your gums. If ya want a refund then go for it and quit complaining that you have done no wrong.

Adapters are the biggest fault problem out there. It is a known fact!!! But perhaps you know better than the rest of us?

ETA: I've never had to beat an 801 into s7ubmission to make it work

I post a few times here and suddenly you're calling me a know it all. Look at yourself man, you need to chill out and realize you're not always right yourself.

The adapter I bought is from Ikenvape it's 510 to 801 "Stealth adapter" designed for the very atty I'm using dude. You're not reading what I'm saying. I want you to go pick you up either a Mini stealth cannon 801 or a Full sized 801 atty from Ikenvape and try to fit them on your Silver Bullet and use the recommended adapter from Ikenvape can you do that for me so you realize what I'm talking about? Jeez man.

Hey thanks for the reply jkoppk... Thank god SOMEONE finally tells me something useful instead of ignorant. If you all knew this all a long FFS say something okay? Don't just blink like a deer in headlights and say "Durrr r u using right adapter?" when I've been saying the same thing over and I keep getting asked the same stupid question. Maybe SOMEONE should post that the threads are adjustable because that is NOT and I repeat NOT common knowledge.

So for future reference how would you go about adjusting and lowering the threads on the 801 atomizers?

It's not the threads on the atomizer that are adjustable,it's the center piece of the adapter that can be turned with a screwdriver to make it move up or down more.I don't think the thin stealth adapter can be adjusted, this is the one you need the 510 battery to 801 atomizer standard adapter. Here's the link Adapters

Look at post #8 from yourself, wouldn't you say your tone was a little ignorant DUDE. There has been a known problem with stealth adapters (they are not adjustable) some fit some don't. That's Chinese QC for you.

BTW I bought 5 x 510 - eGo adapters and only 2 work.

PS: It may seem cool in your world to call someone a dude, it is not in mine.

It's not a known fact that the Stealth adapters have problems. Ikenvape would've listed it right below the description along with **NOT COMPATIABLE WITH FUSION**

It's not my intention to start any trouble here, but I want to volunteer that I have used various IKV 801 atomizers and Fusion cartomizers with a stealth adapter on three different 510 native mods. No issues and great performance.

All the different PVs, cartomizers and adapters are made as a single unit with no regard to tolerances. The thread depth, width, pitch, circumference, etc. have always been a problem when going from one to the other as has been discussed at great lengths in numerous threads and posts. For one thing they are cast and not cut threads. Such is the way of the Chinese manufacturers. Get used to it because you'll find this problem again. It's not something every vendor that sells e-cig parts isn't aware of. Here's a thread you might find enlightening. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/ikenvape/200497-not-all-units-created-equal.html

Quit trying to start trouble you troublemaker. I'm just kidding.:laugh::laugh: I really like your username. It's great.

Trapped within my imagination
antlion, it could be your silver bullets center pin is too low? Or that the center pin on the atty needs pulled out a bit...I don't doubt what you are saying and I know it's frustrating..I also know it's hard to explain and others get frustrated...I really hope all works out..

Which brings me to a question...My hubbys prodigy is suddenly having connection issues as well adapter or not.... Am I correct in that I read somewhere that they make spacers for in between atty/batteries?...Does one spacer fit all?..And if I am correct where do you purchase these spacers?...Thanks guys
