From the Reo sales info thread on the Reo section of the forum:

"What REOs come with: The mod, a reducer tube, a baggy of Noalox, one bottle installed and one extra bottle, and one business card with contact information for Robert as he is your best source for troubleshooting or other concerns."

So to have a fully working mod you will also need 14500 batteries, a charger, juice and atomizers.

Batteries - I would suggest high drain AW IMR14500 batteries if you are planning on using Low Resistance atty's. These batteries are better able to safely deliver the higher loads required by LR atty's. A seller of these batteries is in this thread. If using regular atty's then a couple of Trustfire Protected 14500's will do the job.
Charger - The Trustfire TR001 is a reasonable basic charger. Lots of places sell them, for example MadVapes. The AW supplier recommends a different charger, the WF139 which they also sell.
Atty's - You state 306's so the best 306 is probably the Cisco line. The original LR 1.5 ohm is the big hitter, and the 2 ohm version is a slightly toned down version. They are available from AvidVaper. They are a little more expensive than regular 306 atty's. The mod also natively takes 510 atty's and others with adapters.
Juice - I'm not going to recommend any specific juice, but you can choose between what you might call "mass produced" (usually Chinese made) juice and the "made to order" juices with a wide range of prices and flavours.. You might have a look the e-liquid reviews section here on ECF. Don's WWOV write up in the library is also worth reading.

I would also suggest a drip tip for your atty's - you won't need to drip with the Reo but I find them much more comfortable than the stock mouthpiece. Enjoy :)
