hi guys im new on this forum but have been lurking around for around a month. Recently I purchased a used smok xcube 2 but it was stupid of me to not check on the spot as batteries were not provided. After placing the batteries in, I realised that the display wrote 'error: no secret-key' . I went to look up google and found out that it could be a firmware upgrade problem and taking out the batteries and putting them in again would be fine. However, it wasnt the case. Need some help over here.

It may be worth a try to upgrade the firmware - check smok website for the instructions, it may restore it or give you specific error code

my firmware is already upgraded to the latest one already, i can tell from the loading screen before the error pops up. clueless :/ Thanks bro anyway for the response

my xcube 2 screen turns on when batterys put in but wont turn on any help with this problem
Then click it 3 times to access options. Once get in use up/down for navigation, long push on fire button to select the option. To exit from menu leave it for 10 seconds
Clicking 5 times will lock/unlock.

My fire button gets stuck in firing mode now and then. It has started happening few days ago and is quite annoying
Did anyone face that problem?

Try to season the firing panel. Or loosening the screws a little.
