Need help with tube ID

I just picked this mod up on a trade. It's a great tube. Hits like a champ I just can't find any info on it. Help with would be much appreciated. It's SS with copper firing pin (not a spring connector) and copper button. It has ENVY laser etched on it. It has 005 on the button. I don't know how to upload pics. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Welcome and glad you joined. Looks like a mechanical mod. Can you see any circuitry in the device?

I'm aware that it's a mech mod. I just can't find any info on who makes it. It's a really nice mod. I wanna find another one
