How do i get the day counter on my screen; i've seen other users with a day counter on the bottom of there post. Shows how long they been smoke free.

Just find one that you see then click on it (most are clickable) then follow the instructions.
Once you find one and fill it out and generate the BBcode, you copy that, then go to your ECF Settings (upper left), then look down the left for Edit Signature (which people only get some time after their 15th post)
Paste the BBcode into the Signature text box, and Save
