Need help

My first stingray batt is working just fine. Love it and love the vision's. My second one just came off of an 8 hr charge and "nothing". So is it DOA or is there some trick I can do to make it work?? I'm hoping for the later as it takes a full week to get pkgs from gotvapes these days... thx

its my fault anyway, i sold all of them and didnt check everyone of the new batch like a did the first, there was 10 kits i didnt check and like usual with my luck a few of those will be ones with issues,lolol, but no worries i got you covered
