Hello everyone I'm new to the ecf and started vaping about a month ago to quit smoking .I'm happy to say its working I am starting I am starting to diy e juice got gummy bear from flavor Express off of ecig express and it smells horrible and tastes horrible what do I need to make it taste like gummy bear

Sorry I can't help you, I am not that advanced to do DIY juice yet.
But some juice you have to let sit for 24 to 48 hours at room temperature to get the full flavor.

Find your self a app and plug in the stuff on hand. Some sites have flavors already to pick with ingredients known.

I'm a noob here too, kicked the cigs less than a month ago, so I don't know much. But what device you are using might make it easier for the experts if there is an issue there. Do you other flavors still taste fine in the device?

Chances are you are using to much flavoring. 5-10% should be what one starts out at for a test batch. But need more info on your recipe to give any good advice.

Well it just don't smell like gummy bear or taste it tastes more like chocolate snot sweet at all was just wondering do I need to add fruit flavors to it or a sweetener or something like that sort of nature

I havent used that brand - but with TFA Gummy, 5-8% and a few drops of sweetener (for 10ml) is a pretty potent flavor. It may be over flavored. Try splitting it in half with 50/50 no flavor.

For example if you made 10 ml - mix it with 10 ml unflavored pg/vg and see if that helps. Over flavoring tastes as bad if not worse than under. If you under flavor you can always add more.

I'm at 10g of nic and I did mix some with and some without nic to me taste the same onl the only sweetener I got that I bought from wal mart I'm just thinking that bad

Sweetener is pretty strong maybe 1 drop per 2ml is the MOST I use. That could be the issue - how much sweetener did you put in?

I tend to use sweet cream or whipped cream flavor from TFA to sweeten - seems to be a gentler sweet

I didn't use any sweetener I got liquid sugar Idk if that's good or not I did see someone used slpenda as a sweeteneri think it needs to steep

If its legit sugar - it will probably turn into coil destroying gunk. You can order TFA sweetener, cotton candy, sweet cream, whipped cream and/or marshmallow. Those are all good flavors to use to sweeten your recipes. I dont think legit liquid sugar is a good idea.

I had horrible luck with some of my first batches. Start small so you don't waste supply. Some flavors also just suck. Try letting it steep in a hot water bath, see if it helps.

Thanks for the help guys umm yea I'm thinking it need to steep cause made a batch yesterday and 1 two days ago and the older 1 is smelling better then the other 1 so yea it needs to steep lol but I'm not patient lol but I guess I have to b
