need hook up info for 2 different madvape board

I can only help you with the Zmax board with the hand-drawing. It's backwards. The black wire is the ground or negative which should go to the outside or "-" of your atty connector, the white is the positive that should go to the center post or "+" of your atty connector. If you're not using a metal mod body as a ground for the battery and atty connector, you will need to run another wire from the black wire to the negative end of your battery, similar to your picture. The round "+" ring at the other end of the board from the wires goes to the "+" end of your battery.

thanks for the comeback !! so I have the neg ok ? lets call it common goes to battery neg and outer shell of 510 conector both wired in none metallic case.
so my pos is reversed ? ...white wire to + of 510 ? ...and metal tip on the board to battrty + ? just to be sure

Sorry it took me so long to get back here.
That is correct rolf! The picture in post #4 is the proper way to wire the board, if you aren't using a metal tube for the common.
And I say this because I have recently repaired one. The board did not come out of the metal body, so the orientation can only be one way. Good luck with your project!

tnx for comwback . got things sorted out ok .the mod is coming along nice . waiting for the charger board and ptc fuses .
so far nothing on the 4 botton regulator board ! has two black ..a short and a long .
than a short white and a long red. no idea how to wire the switches 3 additional??
I have two of those boards waiting for a mod but sadly thy don't come with any basic hookup instruction or links to info.
I gues I have own idea of costomer service ?
