Hi there!

I am super excited about trying the Provari, but, I've a few questions.

Does the warranty go by the Credit Card used, or the name and address? The reason I ask is, I'm gonna buy it with a pre-paid card today (since my debit card in my new bank account hasn't come yet), and was wondering if this would be a problem if I had any problems in the future.

Also, the same pre-paid card is no longer valid after September 9th, I believe. The site says "Wait time: 1 week", will the money come out right away? Or a week from now? If it's a week from now, I cannot order as this card may not be valid then.

That's all for now! If anyone can answer my questions to allow me to press 'Confirm Order', you'll make me one happy SOaB :D

Thank you!

I've never had to use the warranty before, so I'm not 100% on this but, I found this on their Terms and Conditions pages, "Include a copy of your original order and explanation of the problem or reason for return with the return.". I think you just need your order number, which is on the receipt (there is also a copy in your purchase history you can print out).

IIRC, they took payment right when I placed my order, then shipped my unit when it was ready.

I'm a recent new owner of a Provari, and after upgrading from dinky little eGo's with tiny batteries this thing took it to a whole new level. I wish I would have ordered sooner, I grabbed some HV510 atomizers from the Provari site (not my normal atomizer vendor, but they are working great). I have also been using Ikenvape's new io6 atomizer and on a Provari it hit phenomenally, but eats up juice alot faster than my old setup (probably because the Provari actually works properly).

After 2 weeks no gripes, and I'm about to buy a tank for it just to avoid having to drip so much because I can't put it down. Alot of mod vendors recommend getting lower nic juice for new mods as there is a tendency to go crazy when you first get it...I cannot agree with this more =D

Edit: Also the 18650 batteries and Pila charger I got along with the Provari are awesome (even though the new Provari battery just came out). I tried pretty hard to run it out of batteries and only succeeded after a long day of chain vaping at home and at work, and even then it took at least 8-10 hours. Fast charge with the Pila (I have no basis of comparison), maybe 2 hours or less for a drained battery.

I also got an extended cap for the black chrome Provari, but ordered the satin silver extended cap so it would match the silver thread piece and catch ring and it looks excellent. I originally had ordered the chrome but Provape said that the satin would probably match the best.

Yeah, they all look good and I guess I just prefer the black (matches my drip tips and tanks) but I agree with alternate colors. On the other hand I would rather Provape offer 4 finishes that all look clean, surgically sharp, and somewhat neutral (ok maybe not 24k gold plated, but that is meant to be flashy) rather than 20 different finish choices with all of them being mediocre. If they had several LED options as well as some high quality, colorful finish options I would probably spend all my spare money on new PV's that are functionally identical =D

Although I did think about getting a skin for it that looked like a lightsaber...

I am making a hard shell for the Chrome Provari I am buying. Check this out... The outer diameter of the Provari is 0.9" so I found this:

McMaster Carr Part Number 5287T211 - 0.93" ID 1" OD High Strength Carbon Fiber tube Patterned smooth finish.
McMaster Carr Part Number 88015K2 - .03" thick Velvet with adhesive backing (For use as a liner inside)

You'll definitely want to get some of the ProVari Power batteries. They are so good, and you only have to change them every 3 days or so. I'm actually on my 5th day on one battery, running at 3.7v. My battery charger broke and I'm waiting for a new one to come in the mail, so I dialed my ProVari back from 4.5v so I didn't have to fall back to using my old eGo batteries and I'm getting even more runtime from the battery!

Epic Win = Provari bought, shipped, and set to arrive in a span of 3 days :D

Epic Fail = I bought my batteries a day before I bought the Provari and they will not make it here in time to try it out this week :(

Moral of the story, buy mods and batteries at the SAME PLACE!

Ouch. I ordered my batteries through ProVape because the price they sell the batteries for isnt much more expensive (if at all) than other sites that sell AW IMR 18650s. I do plan on buying some of their 2500mAh 18650s as well though. I ordered my ProVari on 8/26 but it hasn't shipped yet because i ordered chrome.

To be truthful, I wasn't even trying to save a few bucks (though I did), I just ordered the batteries right away and of course, one day before my ProVari purchase.

I thought about grabbing a black one, but honestly, I like the Satin color the most. Wasn't a matter of money, heck, I almost considered the 24k version :D but gold isn't really my favorite metal

I found out that I might actually get my batteries the same day :) It's all on the USPS now, ack! Not holding my breath :)

I love my Provari! I bought the satin/satin too. I do need to order some of those new batts though with all the positive things I'm hearing about them.

Just looked at them on the site. I do wish I would've grabbed some of those! Ah well, I'll pick a couple up in the future sometime.
