5-HTP gives calming effect plus energy, its a serotonin "stimulant," try that and give it a week to induce increased amount of serotonin. You might need increased dosages considering your situation, also you might want to try other supplements for well being such as CoQ10 and B complex and vitamin D, and omegas (as in fish oil. All together gave me a very strong mental boost. 5-HTP with serotonin increase is the best, although considering the information you have given I can already deduce your rough life, friend, from counseling perspective I can only imagine the abuse you must have suffered as a child, for which I am terribly sorry. You are missing dopamine receptors in your brain, as well as normal amount of serotonin, hence the addictions. I wish you the best.
Hi friend, thanks for feedback/suggestions. I've tried all you've mentioned, if I took a pic of my medicine/supplement cabinet, you'd be impressed. At the moment, I take Vit D (abnormal blood labs), B complex and Omega fish oil.

Certainly wonderful, supplements have helped boost your health.

Actually, I had a wonderful childhood, never abused. Just as we age in life, health complications has a tendency to develop, majority of my stress come from Firbromyalgia, which is a major battle in itself. Surprisingly WTA thus far is keeping me relaxed/calm, no craving for an analog. So, making progress. Day one, 4 analogs before WTA came in the mail.

Im happy to hear that something is working for you, I will not push on the therapy side. Wish you the best, one more thing, fibromyalgia is known to develop due to severe psychological stress, which means that when you get your stress down, you might also get rid of fibromyalgia, Ill raise a vape to that, since I dont drink :)

I guess I've been lucky. I smoked a pack and a half of Marlboro Reds for 50 years. Quit once for several years, but the longer I stayed away from cigarettes, the better they would smell. Vaping has had a totally different effect on me. Even though for the first couple of months of vaping I was still having an occasional cigarette, I didn't feel guilty about it. I felt that going from 30 cigs a day to 1 or 2 was a great improvement. Well, for me, the longer I vaped, the more disgusting cigarette smoke became. This is a new phenomenon that I had never experienced before. Suddenly that occasional cigarette brought me no pleasure, and just tasted like crap. I am now 5 months cigarette free. My clothes don't smell, my breath doesn't smell, my car doesn't smell. My teeth are whiter. My doctor is deleriously happy. Cigarettes truly smell like crap and I seldom have any urges to have one. So, hang in there. Shoot, have one every now and then if you need it, but hang in. Maybe, like me, they'll start to taste like crap and you can get away from them for good.
Thanks for inspiration friend, congrats kickin the analog habit. Yes, I agree analogs stink ! Just could never find the right combination to vape naturally, I really like the flavors from MMWTA, believe I can kick the habit this phase.

Cool ! Thanks friend. I've alway's kept myself very athletic/healthy, 5 years ago, I had a total thyroidectomy, changed my life. Neurologist states hormone imbalance triggering the Fibro symptoms, which causes all types of body symptoms. Fibro cycles with my hormone labs. Yeah, it sucks sometimes, but got to do the best I can, as I've alway's done. I'm a non drinker to, I'm puffin away, vape on friend.

Somewhere out there
I had to really get tough with my brain, it was lying to me telling me I would just die if I didn't have a cig right then and now. I would tell my screaming brain, just hold on a minute, vape first then wait 1/2 hr. I also kept zero Nic around so I could vape non stop if needed. I think we all have over done the Nic early on. Hang in there, you will get there. I smoked and vaped for a couple months until I just wanted to vape and not smoke.

The entire time I was vaping, my brain tell's me, I need a cigarette, I need a cigarette.
This was the Only Challenge I Faced..........and at every Urge.........I fought back until I Realized it was the Nicotine, not the cigarette, I desired.
Once I got there, the battle was won.

Oh, and I never smoked one, even to see, from the Day I Committed.

I wish you the best of luck in reaching that place. :thumb:

Awesome !!! I figured out what's causing my analog cravings, caffeine free Root beer soda !!!! I've had a soda addiction for years, every time I drink a Root beer, I have to smoke. Since WTA arrived Friday, I had no desire to smoke an analog, drank water and tea, earlier tonight I put a can of Root beer into a cup with ice, sat on the couch, talking on the phone. Approx 30 minutes later, my nerves go crazy !!!!! Analog craving from he!! I was pacing up/down house like crazy, chain vaping up a storm, not to smoke an analog. I gave in, went to gas station purchased a pack, smoked one.

Noticed long as I don't drink Root beer, I have no craving to smoke analogs. It's like a person that has to smoke, while drinking coffee, or alocholic beverage.

I drink Root beer the most, while I'm on the computer, and smoked analogs the most while on the computer, I relay this info to my mom, she states she's alway's noticed the same thing, only time I smoke is when I drink Root beer soda. I'm addicted to soda, which triggers off craving to smoke. Root beer is also triggering off my Fibro nerves. Bingo !!! It's a cycle, soda, nerves, analogs. Not only do I have to quit smoking, but soda addiction as well. Goodness gracious, I have a lot to overcome.

Last year, I was able to kick the analogs, vaped for 5 months, returned back to analogs. This year it's been a challenging battle, I'm having a very difficult time quitting analogs. A few weeks ago, I began vaping, lot's of experimentation. I bought a pack of Misty analogs again. I've smoked analogs a pack a day for 41 years. 36 years Kools and 5 years Misty 120 green. A few years ago, I quit analogs cold turkey for 2 years, due to Bronchitis.

I've tried numerous flavors, nic levels, etc.... nothing seems to be working. Last year I used Kanger T3S tank, I quit for 5 months. Appears more I upgrade, my desire to smoke analogs is stronger.

My equipment now is Triton tank, .3 ohm coil, Itaste mvp 3.0 pro 30 watts.

Today, I went by vape shop purchased 6mg nic tobacco only, 50/50. After vaping my heart began to pound real hard, I felt spaced out, had to lay down. Took approx an hour to subside.

Afterwards I smoked an analog, took me 12 draws to complete cigarette, 5 minutes to smoke.

Then I vape 3mg pg/vg only, 15 puffs, 10 minutes. The entire time I was vaping, my brain tell's me, I need a cigarette, I need a cigarette. So, after vaping I fired up an analog, felt relieved, relaxed. Now, I'm on forum seeking assistance.

I've tried nic levels from .3 - 9mg, through all the nic levels, my brain tell's me, I need a cigarette, I need a cigarette.

Something in analogs, helps me relax, what ? I have no idea. I will admit I have high stress levels at times due to Firbro, which causes my nerves to go bezerk. Someday's, when my Fibro nerves are calm, I go an entire day without an analog's. Anyway, analogs helps calm my nerves, while vaping doesn't. Higher nic levels only causes heart palps, spaced out, dizzy.

Sorry so long, just disappointed/frustrated. Not able to kick the analog habit.

Problem is you are not ready for low Lv nicotine vaping. Also you are not ready for subohm vaping.
Make your Triton coil around 1.4-1.8 ohms(get RBA unit for Triton coil) & get 12mg nic. & start from there.
Every time you fill urge to take smoke , VAPE !!!
And get only tobacco flavor.Find good tobacco flavor & vape only that. After 3-6 months you can try other flavor .
