John D, thanks for the advice mate! I definitely have noticed a change in the taste when manually refilling with juice, vs. the prefilled carts. They do taste quite a lot better.

I've heard a bit about tanks while looking around on these forums, but never really understood what they were for or what the advantage was, but definitely sounds worth looking into from what you've said on that!

Happy to help. I hope you go with at least a dual-coil low-resistance cartomizer (they usually come in boxes of 5, for $10-12). Worlds better than atty + cartridge. The tank systems are really very straightforward. Instead of the liquid being held in absorbent material, it's just contained in a little plastic tank that doubles as the mouthpiece. The atomizer has a little prong that punctures the bottom of the tank the first time you use a new one, and the juice just trickles into the atomizer as needed. Brilliant!, as you guys say over there.

I do like my Joye Ego-T, but I keep hearing people say that the flavor is even better with the Joye 510-T, which is a slimmer version of the Ego-T, with a slightly smaller tank I'd guess. Couldn't go far wrong with either, I'd say.

OK then, cheers, and vape on!
