Need some help or advice on Battery

I purchased a battery from Nic/vape that looks like an ego twist battery, and the light on the battery turns white while charging and the charger turns green, but when I take it off the charger you can not unlock it with five clicks or get the light to turn on or battery to work.. Any suggestions.

You must do the 5 clicks quickly almost like a double click on a mouse but 5 times. The light will then blink 3 to 5 times and it will then be on. Also you need to make sure that the tank you are using has a coil that it 1.2 ohms or higher or it will not fire. If 5 clicks does not toggle the battery on and off then it is faulty and you should return it for a new one.

Thanks for the reply, I guess it is a faulty one as I have done the five clicks, my tank has 2.4 ohms... So guess it is a dud..

Have you tried another battery on the charger to verify that the charger is actually working?

Thanks, yes I have a couple of battery chargers and have tried both, and charged my other batteries on it... You can feel a little vibration on this battery when you lift it up to take it off the charger.. I must just have gotten a bad one.. Will have to upgrade my batteries... Thanks for the reply..

hmm, sometimes the batt can be reset by putting it back on the charger. Some of the batts will shut off when charged and get stuck there, and found plugging it bac in the usb till it does the flash and acquire thing, unscrew from charger, and magically it works. well sometimes
