Need some help

I have 4 ounces of 6 ml strength and a bottle of 24 ml how many ounces of the 24 ml do I need to add to the 4 ounces of 6 ml to make it come out to 12 ml strength thanks for helping dummies like me.

the ratio would be x (2) parts of 6ml to y(1) parts of 24 x= y= 2 parts 6mg to 1 part 24 = 12mg

I think it should be 2 ounces of 24ml. The formula i used is (4*6+24y)/4+y=12.
This will give 72 ml in whole 6 ounces which equals to 12ml per ounce. I think there is some app as well which does similar calculations.
