thanks for the replies so far guys, i am going to take it slow. i was expecting results right away, i have to take into consideration the learning curve associated with vaping. im going to buy some vg to cut the redbull juice i have, as well as look into dripping. hopefully this will solves my problems.

definitely has a learning curve. However as you get used to it there is no more trouble than ciggys. My day consists of an ego and a 5ml bottle of juice which I drip. Really no more trouble than smokes and a lot less to carry around than a pack and a lighter and multiple trips to the store during the day!

Keep with it.....u can do this.

Once you find your favorite flavor and mix, you can do it. I beat a 35+yr 1 1/2 pad habit, and feel
so much better.

With the different possible ratios of PG to VG and nicotine strength, 100's of flavors it's tough
to find what you like. We all have our own favorite mix, strength, supplier, and flavor,
usually from trial and error, it's why sample sizes are so popular, but worth the trouble.

Dripping, topping off and what you like best (carts or cartos and what brand / type)
is an endless discussion on ECF.

Sometime I wonder if any two of us vape exactly the same, but we all enjoy it and it let us give up analogs without cravings, gum, patches or any of the other failed methods. Seems vaping has a lot to do with your personal preferences and we're here to help with recommendations and advice.

I'm very new to vaping myself and going through the ropes like you. I'm still in my early days of finding a juice that I really enjoy, but I'm glad to be off the analogs. The increase in energy, lung capacity, and clearing of the sinuses after only 3 days is incredible, and I know it will only get better.

Keep at it, and ask questions. The folks here will really take care of you and help guide you to a better experience.

Dont give up,i know vaping can be a pain sometimes. There is a learning curve to everything in life and including analogs think back to when you first started smoking, you had to teach yourself to smoke and inhale correctly it didnt just work at first.well its just the same with ecigs, you got to find whats right for you,and you will, analogs just seem easier becuase thats what you used to,trust me when i say vaping can become easy to,it just takes time and once it is you will be alot happier for it.I loved analogs and i never thought the day would come where i thought they where awful but it has and i cant stomach them any more, your day will come to.Its the habit thats holding you back and habits can be a hard thing to kick but just keep telling yourself that you replacing it with a better more heathy habit that will provide you with a better and more long lived life.I still have my moments where i think damb and analog would be so much easier but then i just remind myself that in the long run im just fooling myself, its going to kill me.ts a ruff ride and it will have its ups and downs but it is worth it and it will get better with each day you stick with it,analogs are not better and never will be you know that as much as i do,think of vaping as a new hobby and malke it a part of your life, that way you replacing a habit with a hobby that will be fun and bring joy in to your life like analogs never did or will.Keep strong and keep vaping, each day will be easier tthan the last.Take it one day at a time and you can always get through it,dont rush, lifes worth living and ecigs will allow you to be around longer.Addiction is an evil that most people dont understand, its a habit a friend and an foe all in one, make a new friend out of your ecig and it will bring you much happiness and joy.Keep Vaping and Breath strong
