NEED STAFF HELP! Anyone on-line?

I sent one a couple days ago still no response :( I got a bad battery worked only once had the cool blue light to. I sent an email a pm and even made an order that i didnt really need just to ask for a replacement on the order form. So far nothing well im hopeful my batteries in the order but it didn't show on the shipping list :( Sure wish they had a phone nummber you could call and talk to a person.

If you emailed customer_service@vapor4life.com , a response is guaranteed.

I found emails that weren't responded to were:

sent to ORDERS@VAPOR4LIFE.COM (it's outgoing only)

or were sent using some dumb email program which emailed nothing but HTML. I couldn't sift through it, so it went in the trash.

Thanks! I just woke up to a reply. Had the heebee-beegees when I posted this, big time, (which is different from the beehee-geehees, which is even worse, if it includes the beegees-beehees(that last one is disco w/o the Bee Gee's - disco duck and YMCA only! Can kill instaneously! :facepalm:))

Hoping everything will be okay.

Well the Email-Customer-Service does respond eventually, but the problem hasn't been fixed yet, Mark (Or Steve, Robert or someone). I'm trying to get the problem fixed, from the order back on Jun 18, which I did not get until 10 days later.

You guys sent me Wowboy instead of WOWBacco. CS email states the bottle was sent to me Monday. Today, an email from CS states that the USPS site tells Robert that it has been delivered, and yet nothing has arrived and now it's Friday. I hope this can be resolved soon, it will be the 18th (a month) again soon.

13.5 is now, but nothing showed up, as I stated, or feared...actually both.
Because I haven't received even their correction attempt, and because of the long corporate holiday coming up, I mentioned that soon it will be 30 days from the day I ordered. I meant this in terms of what I ordered and whatever it is that I am ultimately destined to receive from them.

I was never very good at math, math is tough, but I totally agree with you that 13.5 = 30! They should rename "two weeks" to "month", then I could get paid twice as often!

I must be in an alternative universe..all this sweet, goody, goody crapola is scaring me..pink posts? I want normal back!

I'm assuming Robert did his due diligence looking into this for you, but if you PM me your order number, I can check for you too.
