Need Suggestions

Been vaping since 2/11/13, my last Cigarette. After starting on Apollo " cigalikes " now have an EGO U , using CE4 clearomizer. Need to order a new supply but not sure I want more CE4's or is something better. Reading lots of ifo on the internet on this but it gets so damn confusing so I thought I'd just post here among so much experience for suggestions.

If you were me, what would you do?

Personally when I started, I tried both the vivi nova clearomizer and smoktech 1.5 dual coil carto. From there on you will find out which setup u prefer. Or maybe at a later stage moving to rebuildable atomizer.

CE4's aren't bad at all when it comes to the CE19823918023821 line of products. iClear16's are nice or a Carto tank if you want to deal with that setup. I wouldn't start going down the RBA route until you got some time vaping under your belt you might frustrate yourself into smoking again.

I use 1.5 ohm dual coil cartomizers on my Vamo and see that you use a Vamo, also. It does provide a nice warm vape. But the OP uses an eGo which cannot handle 1.5 ohm dual coil carto's due to it's weak 2.5 amp switch. Our Vamo's have 5 amp switches which allows us to use any atty/carto on the market. This is one of the reasons why I don't recommend eGo's.

Yes, a little faster. But you can't use 1.5 - 1.8 ohm dual coils on your eGo anyway due to the weak switch.

If you upgrade to a better model, such as the variable wattage Vamo ($40), you will be able to use any atty/carto on the market. Plus the batteries only cost about $11 instead of the $25+ for eGo type batteries. And VW has advantages over VV.

On my Vamo, using dual coils and being a heavy vapor, my batteries provide me 10 - 12 hours on a charge to give you a point of reference.

My mistake, i started on a twist that's why I could use dct. For clearomizer option I recommend vivi nova/mini or kanger t3. They are good and easy to use

I've recently started using the kanger t3's. they have a bottom coil and load from the bottom. Also you can replace the wick in them. While I've only used em a couple of days and normally use a carto tank, I'm pleased with then T3's so far.

No experience with the one from Smok as I use the one from Vision. They come with 3 coil head at different resistance. T3 is good as the coil is at the bottom so they absorb the juice better

" 3 coil head at different resistance ".......I'm lost! Whats that mean? A post earlier mentioned dual coils wont work on the EGO.

It's fairly new and has gotten very good reviews. It's variable wattage instead of just variable voltage which means it will automatically adjust the power level, to match your original setting, when the resistence of your atty or carto changes due to use. It has a robust 5 amp switch which does not limit what atty/carto you can use, unlike an eGo. You can use it with two different types/sizes of batteries which allows you to make it smaller, physically, if you prefer. For $40, it's a pretty good deal. Just me, I wouldn't buy a vivi nova unless it was a genuine Vision vivi nova.

These bottom coil clearo's - Kangar Protank, Evod, T3,MT3 or Vapeonly BCC work fairly well, they do give a slightly cooler vape than a top coil.

Some clearo's have a replaceable 'head' (atomizer wick assembly) so if one quits working you simply replace it, they come in a few resistance values so you can tailor the heads to your liking / device.

I mean it come with 1.8/2.4/2.8 ohm coil head see which one works for you and u can order the replacement head of your preference
