I have an IGO-W right now but my stupid self tried to drill the holes out to 1/8 with a cordless drill instead of a drill press and I ended up really messing up the cap. It doesn't even go in all the way anymore.

So my options right now are to either buy a new rda all together or to buy a new IGO-W cap. Personally, I was never really fond of the IGO-W's look and don't mind buying a new one. I was checking out the Patriot clone but people say the IGO-W is better. I would like some input on someone that has tried out some RDAs and can give me a suggestion based on experience. Thanks a lot!

I love my IgoW to tell the truth lol. looks simple and clean.....you can always buy a new top cap, I think KidneyPuncher sells just the cap, but there are plenty of after market caps for the IgoW that change the look and even some with AFC ebay might be a good place to look too.

I too am in the market for a new RDA but might break the bank (The Tobh, and Stillare are over my budget but I want both so bad :()
If you can get your hands on one, the Trident v2 clone is nice. A friend let me borrow his for about a week and have been trying to find one since! Hope this helps! :toast:

I thought the same about the trident too but once you get the hang of it, it becomes pretty handy to just slide the leads on to the notches. It all depends on what build you are doing on it though. I found its great for ribbon wire builds.

Ceejay, you just sold me on a new top cap for my IgoW lol:vapor:

I build usually a dual coil on 26-28 gauge kanthal. Not sure how it would handle 26 since they're so damn thick.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but does the cover have a "one hole" option for single coils?...or is this cap strictly dual adjustable holes all the time?
It has 4 holes open simultaneously but they are adjustable so they can be made very small or closed. Most reviewers said they didn't mind from what I saw.
