Yes, I know, it's "cooler" to go less-is-best. Fine, but that's not me. My favorite brands of naturally-extracted (N-E-T, mainly), and "slightly-faked" tobacco (Black Note, in other words), are ALL headed to lower nic content. They've discontinued the 3.6 long ago, and the 2.4% recently... I'm vaping more and enjoying it less. So, how do I ramp up 30 ml (or "any" mils) of 18% to 24-35% nicotine?

I saw an online calculator for "mixing" and it was obviously drawn by someone who was clueless regarding both "graphs/spreadsheets" & "math." I'm sorry, and don't mean to be rude, but I'm not interested in a DIY business out there that might be offering some sort of cherry vanilla bs at 2.4, okay? I smoked tobacco for about 50 years, and am not interested in "gum" or "dessert."

If anyone can help me out with a supplier, and a method that doesn't require lab gear (i.e. centrifuge, etc.), I'm all ears (so to speak).

Thank you.

The only way to increase the concentration of nic yourself (or pretty much anything in solution) is to add more nic to the liquid. The other way which wouldn't require any DIY is finding vendors who still sell 24 mg. While it's not as common as it once was, it's still offered by some of the larger online vendors. Halo still offers a 24 mg juice as an option.

Right. Thanks. I sorta already knew that. I probably should have been more clear, in that I want to know who knows a pure nicotine supplier, mainly.

I'm not looking for a higher nic level in some other solution. Just want to inject nicotine into either my bottles of Black Note, or n-e-t, or into the tank, whatever. Just need the nic, not the juice, so to speak. When I mentioned wanting a "supplier," I meant "of nicotine. I've already been through the "halos" and virgin vapors and everybody else. Just looking for USP nicotine.

Because you will be adding the nic to pre-made liquid, in order to use the least volume, thus reducing the dilution of the original flavor, you will want 100mg/ml nicotine. This product can be had from places like MFS, Wizard Labs, RTS, Nude nicotine and many others. Take a look through the DIY forum, here in ECF for reviews of nic suppliers. You won't need lab equipment, but a few inexpensive blunt tip luer lock syringes will be necessary for precision measurement. Be extremely cautious with 100mg nic. It is a poison, and cam be dermally ingested (through skin). Gloves may benefit you, also.

Oh, that's a little easier. I like Heartland Vapes. Good prices. Others at varying price points include myfreedom smokes, Wizard, Nude Nicotine, and E cig express (I'm sure there are more, that's off the top of my head). Folks have their own preferences, but unless you're using unflavored, I'm not sure how much the nic "taste" is to matter.

Edit: @Dougiestyle that was just about hitting reply at exactly the same time. All pretty much the same players.

You folks have been very helpful! Again, I should have been maybe more "terse" (not "rude" terse, just "brief and specific" terse. But, my goal is really to alter the nicotine content of two or three juices that I already use for ADV. And it looks like I have enough info to try to accomplish that! That's great news for me. Thank you!

[Edit:] Just ordered 100mg nic, a syringe and some needles, from High Desert. (I have gloves). Looking forward to checking this out. Thanks to all here for the much-needed advice & help.

In order to bump 30ml of 18mg liquid to 24mg, you would add 1.8ml of 100mg/ml nicotine. To go up to 36mg, double the quantity added. Hope this helps.
Sorry for what might be a really obvious question, but I'm assuming the math is linear, yeah? So, to bump a 60ml bottle of 24mg liquid to 36mg, I'd add 7.2mg of the 100mg nicotine, right?

I agree with the comments about adding the 100ml nic. And will add again to get the online calc. to make sure you get what you want as far as nic content. As it takes very little 100ml nic to bring the actual content of the juice up. also Figure out what base the nic comes in PG or VG to match the juice you are adding the nic too.

Okay, thanks. I updated my copy of the calculator, and it's just greek to me... I'm using a 50/50 juice that is 24mg, (or is it 2.4? these people take a lot more liberties with decimal points than I did back in school). So I entered 50/50 and "24", and my nic is 100mg/ml PG... I hit calculate and it throws a "negative integers" type error at me.

That's as far as I get with the calculator. Meanwhile, this idea to find out if the original nicotine was in a PG or VG base? I guess n-e-t, and Black Note would be the source for that info, yeah?

I was really hoping this was straight-up linear math :) You know, like: if you add X mg nic to 30ml of 24mg juice to get 36mg juice, then add 2X nic to 60ml of same juice (strength)... to get the same 36mg juice. (I realized I'm still using stashed n-e-t and Black Note juice that came out before they clamped down on anything above 18mg...)

Anyway, I'm a bit stuck, but heading in the right direction (just "paused" currently)

Flipper, I think you can do this, but really need to understand the math. while the recommendations given so far are accurate. You should be able to make the calculations your self and not relied on the posts of the internet to determine the amount of 100ml nic you add.

This is safe and easy, Just research and KNOW what you are doing to get the desired results .....
