A friend of mine wants to get a Kanger SubTank but he currently vapes an iClear30 on a Vamo5. So, I'm looking for something with a similar form factor to a Vamo that'll fire something down to like .3 or .5

Any suggestions?

I don't think he's open to moving to a box mod, like I use; otherwise I'd have plenty of suggestions for him.

I think the Vamo v9 fires down to 0.5Ω.

I couldn't find anyone besides Fastech selling the v9, when I Googled it. I don't think he'll want to order from China.

Innokin SVD 2.0, but only fires down to .5 ohm, 50 bucks at Vapor Beast . Not bad for authentic DNA 20 device.

But honestly, you should maybe have him go hold mini box mod like those Eleaf istick 50 or 30 watters, or even Siegeli 30 watt mini.

Thanks for the suggestions. Wish we were closer to B&M places but we're about 1.5 hours drive. So, we buy everything off the internet, sight unseen. He doesn't like the feel of my boxes, whether it's my Hana's or Sigelei's or IPVs. Lol. Quirky older guy.

Another "quirky old guy" here...

I stubbornly stuck with tube mods, mech and regulated, for two years.

Then, just last week, I got an iStick 30w. It fits perfectly in the hand, lasts much longer than a mech, supplies consistent voltage all day long, and doesn't roll off the table. I'll be getting another ASAP.

Also -- Make sure he gets a SubTank Mini, it has more, better features than the full size, and still holds 4.5ml.

Ive only been vaping for a little over 7 months and at first hated the look of a box style mod. I tried an MVP2, now have a istick 20w,just ordered a istick 50w and about to order a Sigelei mini 30w. To me the smaller box mods fit in my hand perfectly and are easier to carry in my pocket all day. Its honestly a great time for vaping right now with all of the new mods coming out pretty much daily, theres something to fit everyones needs and budget.
