So I have a V2 starter kit w/ charging case and 40 carts I was going to give to my Dad for Xmas. I have been thinking about returning this whole kit and all the carts to V2 and buying him the G6 with PCC and 40 carts. Its a small savings and I am very much in love with my Halo products and their service those far I was thinking that going this route he will also.

Does anyone use the charging case form Halo and if you do what are your opinions? My dad is a truck driver so I wanted to get him the case so he will have a extra battery ready to go in case he needs one vs buying him the car charger and usb plug and making him wait for the battery to charge. He is a VERY low tech guy so I need to make everything as easy as possible for him to ensure he sticks with this over going back to analogs.

Also maybe Cinder can answer this...if I order with UPS 2 day shipping right now will I be guaranteed to have the product by Tuesday before xmas or should I spring for overnight to be sure.

Halo makes a pass thru for the g6.it plugs into a computer then you can put the carto or mini tank on the end. Not sure if you can use it in conjunction with a car charger, but at least then he wouldn't have to worry about dead Batts or dead pcc.

Usps can be slow at getting my stuff here in Texas. I would think that with all the Christmas stuff that's going through the mail right now it might, it might not. Regular mail (usps) takes about 4 days for me, but I usually order on a Friday. If your worried about it, you can always get something fast at a local smoke/vape shop that sells halo. They might not have all your wanting, but it's a start.

I just checked with shipping and it sounds like they are current so if you place an order today it should go out today or at the latest tomorrow so you should be safe with the 2 day but its entirely up to you. Also, you may want to check with UPS to confirm that it would be there assuming Monday and Tuesday would be the 2 days.

I'd get him the G-6 kit 78's and mini tanks they are easier to refill than cartos. And you can SEE when they need refilled. I'd also get a car charger since he is a truck driver. I have an old horny PCC I never use it, you'd still have to charge your PCC, to me just charge your battery one less step. My husband is a trucker and he wouldn't like the extra steps having a PCC would be but if he likes tech stuff it's cool.

The V2 kit isn't bad. It does come with a lifetime warranty.

I don't use a PCC; I prefer using the car charger, since I already have it (for my tablet).

V2 is compatible with Halo G6, so you can mix and match accessories (V2's EX clearo or Halo's Mini tanks), or upgrade to Triton later, and still be able to use all the cartos/tanks.

I tried talking him into the mini tanks when I showed him mine..he said "That looks like a crack pipe!" He is old school italian guy, ecig is huge step for him so I will have to deal with buying him pre filled carts until he realizes that the tanks are easier. At least I can fill them for him and save a little bit when I see him

Yah maybe you are right, and he has tried it already and liked it...I am on the Halo love train right now I guess and just wanted to order more stuff from them. It would be the same cost over all after paying 2 day shipping vs just keeping my V2 stuff i have here right now....50/50 right now on what to do

Ok thanks for everyones help...after looking at everything again I am gonna stick with the V2 for him for now since I already have it and if he decides to upgrade in the future bring him to the Halo side. Thanks all for your input. Cinder I have orders coming your guys way soon don't worry

Yah I think once he gets over the thought of it being a crack pipe he will see it is soooo much better
