ok so i got 100 ml of 80/20 pg/vg nic base. if i add 30 ML of straight VG to the base I would end up with
130 ML of 36.92 mg nic base, and the percentage of vg to pg would be about 62/38 pg to vg. if my math is correct i just need a yes and i know my math is correct

It might help to know the nicotine content of your 100ml base.

what is your base nicotine mg/ml before adding the VG?

If it is 48 mg/ml 80pg/20vg base and you added 30ml 100%VG then yes your result will be 130ml of 36.92mg/ml base at a 61.54pg/38.46vg ratio.

It's reasonably close, but 80/20 nic base doesn't really have 80/20, it's more like 76/19 since the nicotine also takes some room. Anyway, that's just me being pedantic. Your calculations look good, mix away.
