Needle tip bottles

Hi

I ordered an e roll and didn't realize that I need a needle tip bottle to fill it

Would pharmacies such as Shoppers Drug Mart have something that would work , i.e. one of these bottles or else some sort of syringe with a fine tip?

Aren't there caps on the cartridges so you don't have to use a needle tip to fill it?

I don't know off-hand about pharmacies but Canvape has needle tip bottles if you can pick one up over the weekend.
