I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THIS!!!!!
found this while surfing around and tested it out on my hcigar nemi with 3 fasttech magnets. works great!! turn the locking ring 1/2 turn from lock and it can fire. this will stand on the button WITH OUT firing in my configuration. (3 FT magnets, 650 mode, full kayfun). i used the silicone grommet from a kanger coil.

here's the instructions :vapor::vapor::vapor::vapor: Nemesis Button Fix - Imgur

Kayfun Nirvana!
I just did the fasttech 2 magnet thing to my nemisis clone. Working like a champ. I have found however the silver screw in the push button likes to back it's self out, so I applied a little purple loctite to the threads and no more problems. Purple is really mild stuff so it should be easy to remove later. If that doesn't hold, I'll try the blue. (DO NOT USE RED, it's almost permanent)

FT magnet's aren't as strong as the real one's so if you only use 2 it's SUPER soft. you can give it a try. they are really cheap on FT think $5 for a 10 pack or $2 for 2

Thanks I will order a 10 pack then. If nothing else I can use them as refrigerator magnets.

I installed a pair of magnets in mine and took them out withing a few hours. Now my problem was how hard it made the button push and with arthritic hands it became painful to push. I've since gone back to the single spring and looking for some weaker magnets if they exist.

Deal Extreme magnets are perfect strength. No shims and the button is soft. Adding DIY coke can shims under magnet takes switch effort from soft to firm in small increments.

Okay, what does any of this have to do with a Nemesis switch SHORTING?

Maybe you meant auto firing?

shortens the throw and mine does not auto fire. (please note in my configuration)

i can stand it on the switch with it unlocked with no issue at all. if yours auto fire's maybe your magnets or spring are to weak or maybe your thing (what ever you use as a spacer) is to think

Ummm.......No...... All 5 of mine work just fine with the Magnets I installed. Also, all my switches are set to just miss the Lock ring when firing. About as short a throw as you can get.:D

OP, cheers for posting the link - I think a lot of people will find this useful.

I have a few friends who have modded their switches with silicone spacers - though they probably didn't think to use something so close at hand! And, for the record, this kind of modification can work on many different mods - as long as the set-up resembles the screw.

I'm using these in mine. I use three magnets to make sure the mod does not fire when placed on end. After using to a K100 for a year, soft buttons feel weird to me
