"Never Light Again" brand Protank II.

Awhile back, I purchased two "Never Light Again" brand Protank II clearomizers. On inspection, it first appeared a close copy of the Kanger. The unit came with two spare coils.

When it came time to change coils, instead of using one of the spares that came with the NLA tank, I decided to use an authentic Kanger Protank coil head, only to discover that it wouldn't fit.

My caliper shows that the coil heads that came with the "Never Light Again" tank have a chimney width of 3.8mm. Authentic Kanger Protank/EVOD coil heads have a chimney width of 4.0mm.

If I decided to continue to use these tanks, can anyone recommend a single coil head with a chimney "skinnier" than protank coils?

If not, I might try drilling out the hole.

Tried some different coils out, and found that the EVOD coil heads with the shorter chimney will work with the "Never Smoke Again" Protank II with no leaking or gurgle. I still think it's crummy that Protank coils won't fit into this off-brand tank.

You may be able to swap chimneys among those heads to keep using the ones that fit with your other Protank heads. You can gently rock them and pull them out. Good luck!
