Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

mmmmm, thought that was called a clearomizer.
the older CE4's (aka stardust) are about 3 bucks apiece now vape em and toss em.
but if you dont mind changing the head theres the vivinova the kanger t2 and t3 and a few others.

The kangers go well with the twist, I use it every day at work. It isn't hard to change the heads out, even I can do that

I've mainly used 3 kinds of tanks.
IBtanked, Vivi Nova, and cheap yet awesome carto tank by Valley View Vapes.
My theory is....
If you prefer how a cleromizer tastes, you'd prefer a Vivi Nova of some sort.
If you prefer how a cartomizer tastes, you'd prefer a carto tank.
Both tanks are simple, both have a slight learning curve but are not hard. Carto tanks I feel are more work than Vivis. Vivi is only rebuild-able if you would like it to be. You just screw on/off the atomizers. Dry burning regularly, the heads can last for months yet are still very cheap(3$ each at most) to replace.
With cartotanks you need a carto puncher. Get a bigger puncher if you can find one. Unsure at the tip of my fingers a good link. The godforsaken little circle carto puncher is agony. Only use stainless steal cartomizers for carto-tanks. It can be slightly confusing at first. Bigger carto tanks, demand bigger cartomizers like XL versions. However there are regular 2ml available as well.
IBtanked are good tanks very popular and often very pretty. Their ends can be a bit stiff and tough for some to get cartomizers on and off. I prefer valley vapes because they are super soft ends that are much easier in comparison. The screw on the side makes them ridiculously easy to fill. There's a lot of different carto-tank brands out there. The hardest part I think with carto-tanks is just learning to correctly punch the holes. You can also buy pre-punched cartomizers.
I find Vivi's so super user friendly. Some say trim the threading and it vapes better. You just unscrew the top to re-fill and go. When the flavor drops, you dry burn the atomizers. With no juice in them, the atomizer attached hit the battery power to a count of 3, stop and repeat. When there is no longer any vapor, and or the atomizer starts getting red, stop. You never want to over-heat or over-burn any atomizer.
So.... sorry, there really isn't much of a use and toss tank. Perhaps some bigger cleromizers are closer to what you are looking for. Some of those are often use and toss. However, typically tanks are meant to be re-used and the learning curve like when you got your e-cigg is temporary.

Yeah, being you may be used to the taste of a carto (even if you're not), I can highly recommend the 3ml U-DCT. Easy, no mess and looks great. Then buy replacement hole-punched cartos for it. I'd recommend 2.5 ohm single coils or if you get a dual coil, maybe get the DTC Hole Puncher to make the hole a little bigger or add a second one in the cartos. For the Twist, I'd also recommend the eGo Cone Cover for DCTank, and to make it even easier to fill, maybe the DCT Refill Funnel. Good luck!
Easy, get yourself either a Boge F-15, F-16 or F-17 carto tank. They are amazing and are only 7 bucks. You keep the tank and throw away the carto when its spent. The cartos last me a good month and are only 2 bucks for a new one. The F-17 looks great on a ago battery. You might want a thread sleeve too but those are only a buck or two. I have a couple of each and these tanks are pretty much all I use on my Twists I love um! You can find these at VaporBeast or ecigbestsave
Check youtube for demonstrations of the Vivi Nova. It's surprisingly simple to fill and vape. After a week or as much as two, depending on your juice, you will need a new head. It's as easy as a light bulb to change. You just unscrew the top cap and draw out the remaining juice with a syringe (if you want to keep it) and wash out the tube under warm water from a faucet. Then you unscrew the tube and replace the head. the head with the wicks unscrews and you screw another one on. Then replace the tube and fill. It sounds like a laborious process, but all of that takes about a minute and a half or less.
Even if it's full and you sense the taste as being weak, you can completely empty it with a syringe, change the head, and replace the juice from the syringe really quickly. With a carto, you just throw it away, but have to prime a new one. To me, Vivi Nova type tanks are much easier than carto tanks and I have been a carto tank fan for a couple of years or more.

I would just like to emphasize for the OP, since she is new to tanks, that should she decide to try a cartotank, she should at least in the very beginning purchase the laser-drilled cartomizers instead of attempting to punch her own with a punch tool. Many new tanks already come with at least one of these pre-punched cartos.

I got a pro tank from kanger and their really good. Just buy replacement atomisers which are dead easy to fit
