Most certainly is! While it may take a little bit to find the combo that works for you, most of us here are EX-smokers. For me, it was a question of the right nic level in an acceptable flavor. 45+ years a smoker, but once I had the right combo for me, it was about a week to be a vaper, NOT a smoker. YMMV, of course, we're all coming from different head spaces
And it was about two weeks only vaping that I noticed my morning chest rattle had abandoned me. Good riddance!
Having backup gear is crucial - if you only have one battery, you'll get your strongest nic fit while waiting for it to charge. If only one topper and no spare or spare coils, you'll break it in the middle of the night when all the shops are closed....
