New 510 tank suggestions

Hey Guys,

I have an apollo vtube with a vivi nova tank that I am really enjoying. I have read several complaints about vivi nova tanks having issues absorbing thicker ejuices correctly and i feel i may be getting some dry hits.

I heard trimming the wicks in the vivi nova can help but I wanted to have an additional tank anyways for another flavor so i figure I might as well try another brand of tank also.

Any tanks that work better for the thicker juices? What is your favorite tank other than the vivi nova?

I could be wrong but I just don't think thicker juices do well in tanks or clearomizers for me. I make 70/30 or 80/20 juices for tanks and clearos, and then 60/40 or thicker for atomizers. I've tried alot of both and so far thicker juices just don't seem to work well in any of them for long.

People are using the DCT and other carto tanks with a slightly larger hole opening with Boba's Bounty, which is really heavy, all VG juice. I'm sure you have to increase the hole size gradually to suit your juice.

I'm also getting a leak from somewhere on my nova. I get some liquid in my mouth and when i remove the drip tip there is some juice there. I cleaned it with a napkin and am blowing through the air hole and still seems like there is some liquid in there. I have read this is a problem for others with the nova also.

Is this due to the thick juice? Or is there a fix for this leak?

I also have a V-Tube and I'm loving the ViVi Nova with it. For thick juices i like to use a Smok Tech DCT with boge 3ohm xl carto's. When I use really thick juices like Gorilla Juice or Boba's I slot the carto's instead of drilling holes. It seems to wick the thick stuff better when slotted.

Thanks for the responses. Regarding my vivi nova - I'm also hearing a gurgle sound almost every other puff. From what i understand this can be due to a leak?
