Hi there,

I just bought my second e-cig kit, a Joye 510 (the first one I bought was the super e-cig, and it was horrible) from good prophets, and four sampler bottles of e-juice from NHaler. I just received both today, and I must say, with the fast shipping ( I ordered all of it Saturday) and the quality Items, I am blown away! Between the e-juice and the new cig, i get loads of vapor and consistant hits every time.

Just wanted to share my newfound happiness with you all, and I'll probably never need another analog cig again!

I have done some looking around at the mods, and a few of them caught my eye. I spend most of my time at work, so the big battery mods might be harder to cope with while working. For now, I picked up a PT with my kit and it is awesome.

I may pick up a mod later but for now i'll stick with the PT while at home.

I will tell you I have used the Bloog, revolver, and the smokingeverywhere crap but the vapor king 510 kicks ..... I will put that thing up against any e-cig. It is a manual battery but I dont care. I have had it a month with no problems and the vapor is unreal! I hear a lot about 510's but I never hear anything about the vapor king and that is quite shocking to say the least. The Bloog runs a very close second.

And what exactly is the difference between the "Vapor King 510" and the standard Joye 510?

Dwight & Native, you are both doing great! Welcome and keep it up!!!! I LOVE my 510!
the battery pack which charges the batteries is called a PCC..Personal Charging Case
Mods are made to get higher voltages and have longer lasting batteries. look around the modders forum, you will see some great stuff in there. a cartomizer is an atomizer and cartridge combined into one piece, instead of 2 separate pieces like the 510.

and some mods give you the same voltage but longer use time 3.7vdc 800mah(typical battery type: vp1/vp2, SD) against 3.7vdc 180mah(typical e-cig battery except the newer 510 280mah batt and kr808 man. that also works on 901 atty)

a cartomizer is a cart that has the atty built in, idea being cart gets empty, throw it away and have a freash atty and freash cart, i guess you can refill them...

Buttercrunch,

Thanks for that. How long have you been vaping?

I can tell right now that I'll spend some time in the mod forum. I like to fiddle with things. My kit came with two empty mouthpieces (no absorbent material) along with some loaded oness. I cut down cigarette filters, fluffed them out a bit and put it in the mouthpieces. It works.

I'm a hardcore smoker and have been trying to quit for years. This device has really got me encouraged. I want to taper off eventually but for the time being I'm not interested in anything being hard. So I want a good dependable high nic vapor. Someone said the glycerin base juice puts out more vapor. Is that right? Who stocks it?

Thanks again.

Fiddling with things comes in handy for vaping

Wow! The great State of Delaware. I did a couple of jobs in Christiana Mills back in 88-89

There's a lot of better materials out there besides Cig Filters. they do work but they take a lot of juice and don't give a lot back. They tend to hold quite a bit.

I've only been vaping since June but took to it right away. I've not smoked a single analog since my first 510 kit arrived on June 16th. It was so easy for me to make the change. I'd been smoking for over 30 years and had quit 4 or 5 times but this was easy.

I get all the nicotine I want (sometimes more) and never miss cigarettes.
They even smell bad to me now.. Which is kinda funny..
I feel better and I really think this is less harmful (who knows).

This is a great forum with lotsa friendly people willing to share their experiences and product recommendations. There are a lot of suppliers here too which helps for checking out different sites.

VG or Vegatable Based liquids do tend to put off more vapor and the VG breaks down in your body as Glucose (which is easily absorbed) where the PG's breakdown is Lactic Acid.
I personally prefer VG base liquids and only mess with PG every now and then. I've not found a FlueCured VG and I tend to like that a couple of times a week or so.

I mainly use Ecopure liquids. It's some of the best I've tried (personally speaking).
If I want a flavor I'll get the Krstl and add a little watermelon or strawberry flavoring.
Their menthol is dead on if you like minty menthol.

Good luck to you on your quest. I think you'll make it.

My GF said she'd see how I did with it before she'd commit.
She's a vaper now ) Her fav is the watermelon and vanilla custard.

Can't get it out of her hand long enough to refill it

Looked on google maps. It was Christina Mill area.
Did a couple in Wilmington and up the road a piece in Philly. Near the race track (Street Road).

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I just moved to Delaware from Maryland. I'm south of Dover where Delaware is more small town and rural. I try to avoid the northern part of the state which just seems to be one large suburb of Philly.

In the past I've switched between a pipe and cigarettes in an attempt to quit. I smoked a pipe for years at a stretch. The draw is different with a pipe where you take the smoke in your mouth, let it out and inhale it through your nose. I find myself vaping both ways with my 510; sometimes like a cigarette, sometimes like a pipe. Also with a pipe you draw only partially through the stem while partially letting some outside air in. These might be tedious details but I think it's neat that you can use these devices either way and get a satisfying vape.

I'm going to chase down those links and order some glycerin based juice. What does the term "DIY" mean in connection with mixing your own liquid? I think I might get into that eventually.

DIY means Do It Yourself. I am considering mixing my own juice since I have a chemisty degree and it just looks like fun. There is an entire section of the forum dedicated to this with recipes for various flavors.

Smoked for 22 yrs with multiple attempts to quit. The e cig is the only thing that has worked for me and not caused my husband and others to want me dead..or at least mute! Have been using the 510 for 4 weeks and have not smoked an analog for 2 weeks.

To the guy whose girlfriend has co-opted his e cig, get her some of the chocolate, coke, or other flavored juices. You will never get it away from her then! :)

Hello everyone I am new to the vape scene and purchased a 510. I am having issues where I am going through an atomizer a week. I dont over fill my carts and try to keep the temp low on my atty but for some reason 3 attys from 2 stores have died. Does anyone have any words for my issue. Also is there a way I can rebuild these attys myself doesnt seem to be much to them
