I am pretty new to buying e-cigarettes. I have used a friend's e-cig for a while and now decided to get my own.

I asked that friend to suggest me what to buy. He suggested these:

eGo-C Twist Variable Voltage 1300mAh Manual Battery x 2
KangerTech T3D VOCC Clearomizer (5pcs)
Kanger Aerotank / Genitank / Protank 3 / Evod 2 VOCC Atomizer Heads (5pcs)
450mA eGo Fast USB Charger with cord x 2

Is it good enough? Would you recommend me something else?

My budget is 60$.

Also, are there any good US websites where I can find these or other products for cheap? I believe Thanksgiving sales are on.
A relative who stays in Atlanta,GA is getting the stuff for me as I want to avoid the 40$ shipping cost to my country. Local shop suggestions from Atlanta & Athens are welcomed. -.-

I need to get the parts delivered to him before 9th December.

Decent started setup, but you will need some replacement coils for those tanks. And if you get all that for $60 it is a GOOD deal.

I would recommend an Istick 40 TC.

You can pick this up for $30 -35 online. Then you can get decent tanks at fasttech in China cheap takes about $10-15 with free shipping. You may get a Protank 2 cheaper then coils are only $1 each for pro tank.

The person can always upgrade the tank later but better to get a solid battery they don't have to replace in 2-3 months.

As they get used to vaping and their vaping style changes they will want to upgrade the tank anyway because they will want more airflow and bigger clouds anyway.
