New anodized bolts - Are these plastic??

Looking to maybe get one of these, but are these metal bodies? Seen some at different sites that are plastic and would most likely not last as lone as metal ones.

Anodizing is a process done to metal. Usually Aluminum, so no, these would not be plastic. They do have plastic bolts in a separate section as well.

Ok, Guess I will order but I have seen plastic items that have been anodized or at lest look and felt like they were. when the finish wore off in a few places I could tell they were plastic.

If you mean shiny looking material it's likely vacuum plated, and yes those most often flake off. Anodized is called that because the part being colored is used as the Anode in an electrical circuit, and as you know, plastic doesn't conduct electricity.
