You will want to have a backup PV anyway, and a person is better off learning on a less expensive PV. That way if the screw it up, it's no big deal.
Absolutely. If you're unsure that vaping is for you, by all means get an ego twist. I think though that most people will probably be more successful in vaping if they have a device that lasts all day with minimal fuss and a good range of power.
