I'm no expert, but if you used them regularly, I would think there could be some withdrawal. It shouldn't be as bad as for those who smoked more though. One more thought: Even if I was not a big smoker, could I have withdrawal sympotms from all the chemicals that were in my cigarillos? You should strongly believe in "hydration", otherwise it will not help. Placebo effect, not real treatment.
You'll get there, you can't put a price on the positive life changes from getting off the stinky's. You're going to have to decide whats best for you.
Huh? Hydration is a "placebo" when you're dehydrated?

I thoroughly adore this little photo it never fails to bring a little smile to my face. Thank you!Katt, you forgot to put on the aluminum foil hat.
While there is some debate as to hydration/dehydration issue and vape, the MAJORITY of vapers SUPPORT increased fluid intake while Vaping.

I too am glad you found a workable solution we each seem to need to find that which works, also nice to see another Canadian (not that I don't muchly appreciate all the others as wellforum person
I think we may have found the problem. After switching to 90% VG / 10 % PG, I don't have any headaches! I am so relieved that I can continue to vape!!!
Thanks everybody for you inputs.
