I had posted this in another thread but was meaning to ask around here, and see if anyone else is having this problem:

Hmm I received a new penstyle atomizer and battery from VaporNine yesterday and I noticed that the atomizer itself, as well as the positive contact(on the threaded side) is larger than the penstyle atomizers I have purchased from Puresmoker. It vapes like a champ, but for some reason when I put it on my usb pass-through or the battery it came with, I inhale, and it kicks off the atomizer, but when i stop inhaling, it keeps burning until it hits the cutoff. But when I use my other batteries from PS, it doesn't have that problem...How weird is that?

On a side note, this was my first order from Vapornine, and so far I am impressed with the prompt response and shipping. Thank you very much!

Frubbish--what you are explaining is the difference between a RN4072 atomizer from Puresmoker that has a smaller positive contact then an 801 that has a much large positive contact. I have ordered from Ben in the past and received RN4072's. But I have not ordered from him in a while and he may now be using the 801. Peronally I have found that the 801 has a lower burn rate and lighter draw. I prefer the 801 as it does not cook the juice and the flavor right out. IMO the RN072 wastes a lot of e-liquid and, due to the fact that it runs hotter, it has a shorter life expectancy--That has been my experiance with the 2 over the last half year---hope that helps---Sun

Hi Frubbish..The switches are very sensitive and they do what I like to call *dieseling* where the vapor production actually trips the switch and it continues to burn. They're an otherwise great vape... I'm actually talking to the manufacturer regarding this "cooking" that SV mentions to see what can be done about it as it indeed will go through liquid a bit quicker than if it were shutting off immediately.

Thanks for your input!
Ben
