Sorry, if there have been several posts like this before. I searched and didn't find exactly what I was looking for. I just bought a titan 510 from totally wicked and just got the batteries charged. One of the batt's and atty works great. Both batteries work, but one atty hit once and ever since the first hit from it, it hasn't done nething since. Is there anything I can do to assure myself that its in fact dead? Like is there anyway to try to spring it back to life? Kinda sucks the first time I used it and its already dead. It kinda scares me that this may be a common thing. Anyways, I dont really have the money right now to buy any spare atty's, I was relying on both of them to work in the started kit. :-x

Ouch! Feel your pain however, DOA can happen - my first 901 in fact. If you keep trying it on the batt and it just stays cold the whole time....it's dead. If you have a voltmeter, you could check - if there is resistance showing then maybe the center post is no longer making contact with the center post on the batt. If the meter shows "open" then she's a dead atty.

Usually there is at least a 24hour warranty on batts/atts so I'd contact TW immediately and see if they can at least get you a replacement.

There are also sites that have good prices on attys and free shipping. Rocky Mountain Vapor has free shipping on orders of $14 or more and 2 510 attys would cover that. Windows Bead Work has free shipping on all but don't know her 510 stock.

I understand the cash flow issues but batts/atts are the life blood of the ecig and you should really just factor that cost into the use equation....stay stocked a bit at least.

Good luck.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yea i knew I would have to factor that into the price and stay stocked up. Although I figured the 2 in the kit would at least last until after christmas till I could get more. Hopefully the one I have left will hold out and last that long.

I'll go see if I can find my voltmeter in the garage.

When it comes to attys it's really just luck of the draw. Have you tried dripping with it? Have you broken it in? Could just take awhile to come around. I've had attys that didn't start consistantly creating vapor until after a week of use.

No i just got the kit in the mail yesterday and just opened it today. One atomizer works and the other won't work at all. I can't break it in if it won't work period lol.

I got 4 w/ my starter kit, and bought an extra pack of 5.
I dedicate one to each flavor, so I've broken most of them out, and they all fired up, though I have one, that is taking longer to break in, than the others.

I threw about $150 at equipment, as I knew I didn't want to get aggravated and go back to the analogs. BUT, I was spending $250 a month on analogs, so spending $150 on start up equipment for vaping was a "no brainer"... $125 in juice later, I'm almost at break even, and will still have all the equipment, and about half the juice after month (1)!!!!

Stock up on supplies, and stay off the analogs, it's a simple equation.
