new atty not wicking

Try removing the cart and putting 2 or 3 or 4 drops of juice on the bridge....replace the cart...give it a little puff-puff and then see if you can vape a draw !

Even tho most atties have a fluid in them that you have to blow out, some arrive dry. I have found that putting extra juice in the atty it helps the "capillary" action to get things wicking good.....

its a 510 sorry from cignot. ive never had trouble like this before. usually a cart or two and its good but its been days and at least 10 carts through this atty. its frustrating. vape and throat hit are good but i have to constantly tap my pv downward on a table to get the juice to the bridge
Have you tried cleaning the atty out? Is it possible a piece of the blue foam material is stuck in the wick causing build up?
I inspected the bridge and wick the best i could with a flashlight and tweezers and couldnt see any blockage or anything stuck in there. Havnt tried dry burning but i have blown out excess juice and that didnt seem to work. I tried dripping 3 drops and putting on a full cart too but once the drips vaped away still same problem :/
If there are not any blockages and is still not vaping properly the only thing I can suggest try cleaning it out or test another atomizer and see if you have the same results. It may just be a faulty atomizer.
Load that Atty up on heavier duty rig and crank up the voltage to about 4.5 or so and throw a decent amount of juice in it and then vape away on it, if it doesn't work by then I can hear it hitting the back of the trash can and going doink doink, clunk clunk to the bottom of the can.!, but it very well may kick in if ya give it a shot like I said and kick up the volts a bit
yea ive been thinking faulty atty for a while. I dont have anything that will crank up volts. Ive got basic joye 510 batts and a joye 510 passthrough. not sure if my pass through has anymore volts than my batts
Have you tried cutting the blue foam down a little? It could be that the filler you are using is not letting go of the juice that well.
i dont think the foam is the problem. same carts with same foam seem to work fine on other attys. and its brand new would dry burning really do much?
The passthrough (pt) will offer a steady voltage as long as it is plugged in whereas the non pass will drop its voltage as it is used. If the pt is plugged into your computer I would advise against doing the dry burn with it. If you have a wall wart usb to use that would be better.
I have read were members messed up their computers using them with a pt and doing a dry burn while plugged in would seem to stress the computer.
These are only guesses for me as I never do dry burning or use passthroughs.

That is not where my problem atty's came from. And my problems were not Joye 510's. Mine were 510's but a different brand.
I wonder if you should contact cignot about this. Maybe they've had issues with a batch and can give you advice or something.
