According to mooch's test,Vapcell 2000mah close to 30A's rating.

We use 30A constant DC current to discharge from 4.2V voltage to 3.2V.

Select the excellent Sony VTC4A for comparison.

Vapcel 18650 2000 MAH 28A battery, about 1000 mAh discharge capacity, discharge time is t = 1000 mAh / 30A = 0.0333 h = 2 minutes

The Sony VTC4A battery has a discharge capacity of about 600mAh and a discharge time of t=600mAh/30A=0.02h=1.2 minutes.

So the Vapcell battery won.
