The stated 1000mah capacity would be more than adequate to recharge a cell phone with a 700mah battery inside, or partially recharge a phone with a larger 1000 to 1300mah battery inside. There are several of these "emergency chargers" available.

I've tried some. They would just fine for recharging usb battery devices. Even a pass thru with an inline battery. Recharging, not vaping from it. If cheap, get a few to play with.
