I just got 2 packs of these today. I filled one of them and start to vape.After some time i find oust that some liquid was passing from the bottom hole and goes on the battery is it normal?

I think it's normal if you use too much PG. I use mainly VG so it hardly happens.

And also do not drop too much liquid, otherwise it will flood.

I did tried with a full VG e liquid but still it goes down the middle hole and end near the battery. i even filled another one as I thought it could be damaged but still same results.I contacted health cabin and opened a ticket and till now no reply. So I wait for them as well to see what they will say.

we have contacted with the manufacturer about the problem. the one that you got is likely defective. so we will send new free replacements.
we will reply to your ticket asap.
however we got many tickets every day. so it need some days for us to reply tickets.
