New coupon sent via email not working?

Wanted to buy a new stock of juice and went to use the coupon, tried every permutation, and even copy pasted it from the email i got, it does not work. Any help?

Sorry, just realized that we listed it as NIC20 and 20NIC in the newsletter but only activated the one code. The error has been corrected and now either code will work to get 20% off of unflavored nicotine. Thanks for letting us know about the problem.
