Did you use the EMS delivery or the cheapo airmail delivery?? I have never had the EMS take longer than 7 days to reach me, and a number of times I got it in 4 days. Most of my orders were from Heaven Gifts or BestEcig but I also ordered several times from Eastmall. The cheap delivery method will generally take 2 - 3 weeks.
