New day starts to vape

Since getting up at god knows what hour. I eventually smoked all the ones left over from yesterday and had some of mother’s.

I then started to vape at 4 PM today.

And have not touched one yet.

Sorry that I have not updated you guys in over 2 weeks.

I had still been smoking, and I am sceptical about me vaping today.

So far I have had 12 cigs in the space of 6 hours, not to mention I have now done 2 hours without






My New Quit Date is the following.

12th April 2022 @ 3 PM.

Nearly 4 hours in and I have only thought of lighting up about 4 times already, meaning, I have to break free from my grasp, and just vape Only.

I need to get my .... into gear and just vape.

Since using the original Bellus, I changed the coil for exotic ones, Tiger Coils, which came out as 0.2Ω.

I am now using it diligently with some Blackcurrent and Licorice.

Yum Yum.

So as of 6 PM w/o DST I am vaping.
