DHHS issues "Ending The tobacco Epidemic" progress report that refutes CDC's claim last week (that cigar smoking by high school students increased from 2009 - 2011), which CDC sensationalized to push for deeming regulation (that could ban e-cigarettes).

On page 28 of the PDF report (immediately above), another CDC survey shows that cigar smoking among high school students declined from 2009 - 2011.

Nothing like the CDC sensationalizing cherry picked data from a cherry picked survey that is refuted by another CDC survey. This is nothing less than public health malpractice by CDC.
