Possibly because it doesn't meet the reward point minimum dollar amounts? After the discount one bottle of liquid would not meet the $20 (or $19.99) minimum for the 100 points.

Bottled E-liquid: Earn 100 Halo Points for every $20 spent on E-liquid
G6 / Triton Hardware: Earn 75 Halo Points for every $20 spent on Hardware

Whenever I use the ECFTEN coupon, I don't get rewards points.

LOL, which is probably why I spend the 30% more.

I'll buy a 30ml, then get a sample 7ml of something else, not just to get points, but to try a new flavor.

$19.99 + 5.99 = $25.98
$25.98 - $2.60 (discount 10%) = $23.38 >> 100 Halo points.

or during the 20% Vet sale...
$25.98 - $5.20 (discount 20%) = $20.78 >> 100 Halo points.

A little of that 'ritmetic pays off in Halo points!
