Hey All!

So I was in the local mall yesterday and stumbled upon a kiosk selling e-cigs. I was intrigued so I gave it a shot and found that I enjoyed it, however I was reluctant to make the purchase because the price was very high and I didn't really know anything about e-cigs.

Thankfully I found ECF and after doing some research I ordered a Halo starter kit, which is a far better value than what I was looking at in the mall. I'm super excited for my order to arrive and I'm looking forward to getting into the world of vaping!

Thanks Chevelle. Yeah the product I tried in the mall felt like it was of good quality, but for $150 you only got one battery, one atomizer, one charger, and five cartridges. When I found that I could get twice as much product for half as much money through Halo I was sold.

Yeah, I saw E-Cig cart at the mall by where I live. My dad bought a kit for $30 online. A hole lot cheaper then the mall.

Update:

So I got my starter kit from Halo this morning and after waiting the required eight hours for the batteries to charge I've finally had a chance to truly vape for the first time. All I've got to say is that this is a done deal...I'm a full time vaper now. Taste, convenience, variety, price, etc, etc...it's just so good. Honestly I didn't get into vaping to quit analogs, but I can see that happening. I've been vaping for five hours now and while I've had urges to have an analog smoke they have been very minor.

All I can say is that I wish someone had turned me on to vaping years ago. I guess it's up to me to spread the word to my friends!

As for the flavors, well I was really looking forward to the Halo Malibu juice but it turns out that I'm not really a fan. I am totally loving the Menthol Ice but I guess that makes sense since I've been a Newport smoker for the last 12 years. Anyhow, I just placed an order for a whole bunch of different juices from GourmetVapor and I can't wait for them to come in!

TL;DR - I'm here to stay! Thanks ECF!!!

I have been reading the forum and decided to quit the analogs and start vaping!

Well it's been 10 days and I'm still hooked. I became interested in vaping for the potential cost savings but I've discovered that I prefer it to smoking by far. Haven't had a single analog I doubt I will. Vaping is just so much better.

Quick question...a few minutes ago I refilled one of my cartridges and now it sounds like I'm taking a .... hit whenever I take a pull (not that I've ever taken a .... hit ). Is that a sign of a flooded atomizer? I still get full flavor and vapor production, but this is the first time I've heard it so I'd like to know what it might be. Thanks!
