New ego t atty leaking help!

I recently purchased an ego t. I'm super frustrated. Great e cig but my tank keeps leaking on to the atty. my cartridges have the silicone. I've gone through so many cartridges and not to mention the mess ! I've called envy ecig ( originally because they sent me the wrong color) no reply. I've called and emailed them about the leakage no reply. Any suggestions. I feel like I'm just wasting e juice. I just quit analogs and am ready to go back to the crappy njoy from 7-11 just out of convienence. Any suggestions? I ordered e liquid thats on its way but I'm running out of tanks much too fast.
