Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

or push the spike sideways towards one of the slots if no pliers. its a push fit into the top .. I did a video when i pulled my deceased one apart and attempted to make a hybrid atty with an ego A.. YouTube - ego T massacre

the heater assembly ain't coming out without a dremel .. not that I can see, I tried a vice and vice grips, its in there for ever.
the spike plate however is only pushed into about a mm of metal cup.

the latter half is ego A

Warning: I'm not a good cameraman, director, actor or editor :)

Can you by any chance take a video of the hat and wick. What color are the wick and hat? thanks

Generally speaking, I consider getting a month out of an atomizer (30 cents a day) to be pretty good and cost effective. They are, after all, disposable entities.

How i'm wondering if I directly drip on the coil to the eGo tank atty w/out the plate, and it produce little to no vapor, hard draw. Does that mean my atty is dead no chance of fixing it?

Thanks

Probably need a little more info. Can you put a meter on it?

I did, not sure if i did it correctly, but it reads 2.5. This my first time using the meter. I use the meter on 510 standard atty it reads like 3.5. I also tried it on another tank atty that was working properly says 2.5, too. But I'm not sure if I did it correctly. I had it on the lowest (upside down horseshoe) which was 200 on the meter. Then I put the black cable on the thread, and the red on the center post. And that was the reading.
I also clean the tank atty, and even dry burn till it was glowing orange. The atty can still fire up.

The reason I took the plate out was, it was leaking and produce little to no vapor and very very hard draw. I took the plate out, adjust the wick and had the same problem. That why I decide to try directly drip and then notice it was like that too even w/out the plate.

Any suggestions?

Well, I just lost another atomizer. That's three in a month. I got one replaced at no charge, the replacement died after about ten days. Hopefully the one that died this morning will get replaced for free as well. Of my two spares, the first isn't really giving me the same performance as any of the three that died. So far, the longest use I've gotten out of an eGo-T atomizer is almost two weeks. Looks like one of batteries is either on the fritz or not ever going to work with the eGo PCC.

I'm really not impressed.

Do you use one exclusively till it goes, or do you swap several out throughout the day?

If an egoT atty lasts for two weeks of heavy vaping, then you're doing WAY better than smoking analogs...

I have two in rotation - my favorites are clove flavors, which get their own atty and tank, and I use a second atty and tank for non-clove flavors like banana and vanilla. I try to limit the amount of cloves that I vape since it's entirely unhealthy.

I know that I'm doing a little bit better monetarily than I would if I were still on analogs, but between realizing that RY4 and Desert Ship aren't the only two flavors and switching from 510s to eGo-T, the past month or so goes in the "loss" column - it's the e-liquid that's limiting my savings, though - I figure that I'm vaping $2 or $3 worth daily, add in another $1 per day in "atomizer fees" and it's the same as smoking, at least on the west coast.

...and given my hourly rate, the time that I spend screwing around with this stuff equals the cost of a few cartons a week.

If I can't get another month of use out the three attys that I have, I'm probably going to just go back to carts and wait for another revision or two.

I'm knocking on wood, cuz so far my only dis on the tank is the plastic flavor. Atty's all running like champs (4 that I rotate with DH). I went to the tank so I wouldn't have to drip, like probably most of us did. The flavor just isn't the same, and SO disappointing. I'm seriously considering a Super T VapeMate feeder...anyone have one of those yet? Thanks!

PS: in WA state you'll pay $8.50 or MORE per pack!

I heard a bunch of people talking about plastic taste or burnt taste when using the ego-t/tornado-t.
I have a lot of these tank atties and i don't get any weird taste if you make the system wick properly.
You just need to make them wick wet if they don't do it out of the box.

There are few tricks to tweak a not properly wicking atty.
- leave same air on the tank cartridge, do not fill it full.
- be sure the 'chad' (created when you punctured the tank for the first time) is not occluding the piercing needle,
move it away from the needle or just remove it carfully.
- screw/unscrew the atty from the battery very slowly while drawing through it and stop where the draw is harder or do not produce any whiste/air sound. The less air getting into the atomizer while drawing the more juice will be forced to get out the tank cartridge.

If this do not work, push the fiber inside the needle down just a fraction of millimeter using a toothpick.

i'm not impressed either...high maintenance...muted flavor...inconsistant...unreliable. I've experienced 3 bad attys out of five in six weeks. Ill wait until something better comes along. In the meantime I'll go back to my old standby...an ego battery, 510 atomizer, an a fluval plug cartridge mod. Plenty of flavor and good vapor. Most important, I don't have to consistantly fiddle with it.

I ordered some smart carts from gotvapes. They are a take off of the fluval plug mod I mentioned above only with more capacity for juice. Ill try fluval with them instead of the standard filler material that they come with.

The ego-T was not the holy grail I was looking for. More like the holy pain in the ....!!

I finally got my eGo-tank atty back working again. I was having leaking, close to no or little vapor production and very hard draw as if the battery is not firing up or something. I just realize I didn't dry burn it enough. Some part of the coil was still clog. When I first try to dry burn, I didn't want to kill the atty, so once I saw a orange glow, I only dry burn it a few more times then stopped. Now I just realize the whole coil has to be bright orange, it was so clogged up it took me a few hours to get the whole coil to turn orange. Now it's working great just like new! I been rotating 2 atties for the past month. I guess I will need to buy something to replace the wick in the future, I think if I remove it a couple of more times, eventually all the wick will be gone.

TYVM, ournature! I have been doing everything you suggested EXCEPT I was not messing with the position of the atty. I am getting more flavor from it now, not as plastic tasting. I also took the tip off-both the top and the inner part-and that was flooding the atty, so I kept the inner part out, put the tip back on. This seems to help as well. I've noticed that after several fills, the cap on the atty end doesn't fit as tightly and I am getting juice down into the battery area. Not enough to seep, but I do see juice when I unscrew the battery to charge...this is the very first leak I've had, and compared to dripping down the sides, I can deal. I will probably get a syringe and fill thru the tip just so I don't have an issue with the cap. DH had to loosen a few for me, as I have no fine motor skills, so filling from the tip would be easier all around.

Still gonna have to try the VapeMate...if I don't like it, I don't like it. But if it works as well as I've heard it does, $60 isn't the end of the world. I spent more than that on cigs per week. As I truly loved loved LOVED to smoke, vaping is my Holy Grail...and now I just have to find that 'perfect tweek!' 34 years of smoking 1 1/2 PAD to vaping, PRICLESS!
