Another tip for looking after atty from jantykorea

When you draw, some vapor remains in the atty chamber and obviously settles back into the atty thus adding to gunking up perhaps. Guy said we should make sure we clear all the vapor from the chamber with each draw.

The downside is this means you suck up more air and I was burping from 2pm until I went to bed at midnight after this and can still feel the indigestion now.

thx who has the best prices?

It depends on if you want a cartridge with it, or not. You have to be careful, as some sites sell the atty for a lower price, but it doesn't actually come with the "tank."

Pretty irresponsible marketing, in my opinion, and it's a well known site that has a dealer forum here.

I'm not going to name names, because they were honest about it, when I asked them via email, before purchasing (which I did not, and went through seomeone that does provide a tank with the atty).

Make sure that whomever you order it from, provides you with a translucent cartridge with the purchase.

Fortunately, I asked before I bought, or I would have had to pay an extra $10+ US to get a set of carts for the single atty.

If you need a specific seller, PM me, as I don't want to start a flame war here. The seller I asked was honest, and I believe is considered very solid, but saving 50 cents to not get a cartridge seemed silly to me.

Dali Electrosmoke - Sigarette Elettroniche

It's an italian store, price is outrageous, but i'm in italy so i thought i might just try one now and, if i like it, buy more from UK later when they will be available all over europe.
i wouldn't buy it in italy from the states of course, it's an ovale/joyetech tanky LR (i suppose 1,8 ohm), TW will have them this coming week and all the other shops around the world will do soon as well.

Anyone know if silicone or hot glue pose any health risk? I'm thinking about putting silicone or hit glue near or around the puncture needle to stop leaks.

I can't speak for either of them with any certainty, but I would go with the silicone. Once it dries, I don't believe the temperature of the atty would be hot enough to melt or burn it.

Why not just grab a fresh tank? Much easier and no health hazards. I take it the leak is from the tank, correct?

I dunno. Just cleaned and popped on my third tankomizer from Inferno...not that I needed it, was just curious if it would leak/taste bad/whichever. Since it seems so many others are having bad luck with theirs.

New blank tank, pop it in the atty until seated all the way, twist, pull back out, pop cap, pull chad, add juice, put on cap, pop tank in atty...good clean vape, good flavor, no leaks yet...either I'm just one lucky SOB or something is up somewhere...

ahhhhh you guys w/leaks NEED to go way back & read this thread .....

the leaks are caused by the LACK of WICKING or placement of the wick......not the tanks

leaking happens when your wick moves* into the atty,
look down in the atty ....can you SEE your wick in the center of the needle ?
You might start reading back @ about page 145 of this thread ........

* moves,gets sucked down into,gets blown into....etc.

pics on pg 145 very helpful

Naw man, these are just plain leaky.

I wanted to make sure it was not just mine so went in the jantykorea store and they had like 15 tanks set up so customers could test flavors and I pulled a few tank carts outta the attys and they, like mine, had a nice coating of juice all over them...!

Remind sme I gotta go back there today to pick up some ry4 for 20usd for 10ml as my fsusa shipment is like 2 weeks overdue grrrr....

I experienced the occasional leaking (out the battery, and out the mouthpiece), always pulling out a "wet" tank, burnt taste, and flavor inconsistency UNTIL I removed both mouthpiece inserts (starting around page 171). Removing both inserts have practcially eliminated the condensation and the flavor is all there (IMO). I believe the mouthpiece design could use some work, reduce the baffle as it leaves a great amount of vapor in the atty, causing the condensation which, in turn, essentially drowns/filters the flavor.
