New Fa Strawberry Pastry Cream

It's amazing sometimes how something so simple can taste so good.

3% FA Juicy Strawberry
2.3% FA Custard
1% Vienna

2.3 custard and 1 vienna is a basic pastry cream that you get in the italian desserts. a "custard" I just thought I'd try it with the strawberry. Fantastic.

Just made some with regular FA strawberry instead of juicy.

Tasty! Thanks for the easy recipe, Ill be trying some substitute fruits as I go.

I haven't ordered Fa Juicy Strawberry yet, but i tried your cream base with Fa Kiwi, and it's really nice, but i thin 3% may be too high for kiwi with this base, gonna try 2% next. I usually use some combination of Vienna Cream and Fresh Cream for my simple " fruit cream " mixes, but i think i like this base better, with the kiwi at least anyway. Thank You !
